I've Earned my Canadian Whisky Certificate!

 

When you are passionate about something, you understand that learning never ends. Canadian whisky is something I've known about for years, but until the last few years, I haven't really appreciated it. Part of that stemmed from a lack of exposure to good Canadian whiskies (big thanks to Dave Schmier of Proof and Wood Ventures for changing that). 

Last week, I completed my Canadian whisky class with Whiskey University, and I cannot say enough nice things about their program.

Never stop learning, whether it is whiskey-related or not. Cheers!
